Unfortunately, I developed a hernia in the incision I received after a laparotomy for a bowel problem. I was advised that ‘muscle strengthening’ exercise would help. Ginny took me on in a series of weekly on-line sessions after careful consultation on her part. She is unfailingly cheerful as well as very thorough in her training and analysis of my actions. The results are already noticeable in my core strength, balance, and flexibility – I am 79 and reasonably fit from walking etc., but Ginnie has made great improvements. As I said, the sessions are always fun, and her encouragement works wonders. I am so glad that we work together. Thanks Ginny
