Hi, I’m Ginny, Personal trainer and Women’s Menopause Coach with a simple goal.

I want women to feel supported and empowered to take charge of their fitness & wellbeing and really thrive throughout midlife.

Having worked in fitness for nearly 35 years, and through my own personal experiences, I fully understand the benefits of staying mobile and strong, avoiding injury and being able to carry on doing the things you love.
