My Online Fitness Hub offers you 5 classes a week – all different, every day, every week. These are time efficient sessions you can do in the comfort of your own home. I  pride myself on giving you the latest up to date training, providing challenging, but fun workouts so you are constantly moving forwards on your fitness journey, safely and effectively.

Classes include: Strength training workouts, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Fitness Pilates, LIIT (low impact interval training) all in an express format (around 30 minutes in length) which fits in with busy lives, gives results and keeps you motivated and enthused to do more.

What’s in The Hub?
