ONLINE FITNESS HUB – YOUR WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK AHEAD

Welcome to the Online Fitness Hub Timetable! This is where you can see all my workouts for the current week in detail, with dates, times, style and duration. Remember you can join with a 7 day free trial first, you can then access the sessions live with me every weekday morning at 7.45am, or at ANY time to suit you, that’s the beauty of online.

Each session is live at 8am – do it with me or live on catch up, don’t forget to leave me a comment in the what’s app group or take a sweaty selfie to share on socials 🤩.

Working out online is incredibly easy and time efficient. With so many past workouts available at the touch of a button you can pick and choose; selecting your workouts “on demand” to suit you and your schedule. If you need a little more accountability come and join me live weekdays at 8am (please check timetable for any time changes). 

LADIES PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE TRAINING

These include but are not limited to the following. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure:

 1) There is sufficient space to perform the exercises safely and move freely without obstacles or obstructions, free from furniture, 

equipment and other hazards – a minimum of four square metres per person

2) Any equipment is safe and in a suitable condition for the activity being performed

3) The surrounding floor space is entirely clear to remove any hazards that may increase the risk of slips, trips or falls

& there are no distractions throughout the duration of the session

4) There is sufficient heating, lighting, ventilation and hydration.
