Personal Training
I’ve worked as a Personal trainer for nearly 30 years, with a wealth of experience working for the big clubs such as LA Fitness, Fitness First, and David Lloyd; through to independent hotel gyms and latterly for myself. In that time, I have worked with a wide range of people, from elite sports, to ladies wanting to drop a dress size for their weddings.
My current client age range is from early 40’s to mid 80’s, including men and women; but I tend to specialise in midlife adults who want to work on mobility, strength & conditioning, fitness for sports such as golf or rowing and women going through menopause. I also train youths wanting to explore weight-training, so they learn great technique in a safe and effective manner.
Personal training is the ultimate in helping people achieve their goals. It’s incredibly rewarding and I absolutely love it. I work both online and face to face in my PT Studio. Your initial session includes a full postural and movement assessment plus programme and lasts 90 minutes, each session thereafter is 60 minutes. We work with all sorts of equipment to keep you motivated, progressed and getting those all important results.
Whatever your goal is I will get you there – making the sessions fun, adding a sense of humour and giving you those all important results.

PT TESTIMONIALS//
I met Ginny through one of her fitness classes. I loved her enthusiasm and athleticism and the fact she would talk about the importance of diet and nutrition. I also loved how I felt after her classes so I decided to get some nutritional advice which was the best thing I’ve ever done.
Having rheumatoid arthritis and being the other side of early menopause was a challenge, Ginny has helped me so much with my diet and also to understand how having a healthy gut supports your body and day to day health. It has most certainly helped my RA symptoms, I have less fatigue, more energy and more clarity. She has been a massive support throughout; at the end of a phone or with a message when I needed advice.
I now have a better understanding of everything and how important your nutrition is, Ginny doesn’t make you feel stupid and is so easy to get on with. I am now having regular PT sessions to help with coping with RA. I always come away buzzing, I absolutely love them and the fact that my body and wellbeing has changed for the better.
