I am so excited to be offering suspension training with TRX. These are small group sessions and guaranteed to be extremely popular

What is TRX?

The TRX uses adjustable suspension straps, your own bodyweight and gravity for a total body workout building on strength, balance, mobility, flexibility and core strength. Anyone can use it and its adaptable for all ranges of fitness, so Instead of heavy weights, you use your own bodyweight and the straps instability for a resistance training workout.

Its a fun, challenging session which gives you multiple varied exercises, with standing and floor work incorporating functional strength moves like squats, push/pull excersises, lunges, planks and rotational work. its low impact, gentle on the joints and extremely good for balance and coordination.

 

Community Classes

I’ve been running Fitness Pilates and Total Fitness classes in my local community in the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire for over 15 years.

I currently run a Fitness Pilates class in Harby Village Hall, LE14  4BZ and offer term time sessions on Tuesday mornings from 9.15-10.15am. This is immensely popular and perfect for busy mums straight after the school run and retired people  alike.

What is Fitness Pilates?

Fitness Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness,  enhancing your core strength, balance, flexibility, overall strength and helping level out muscular imbalances. If you have any further questions regarding this, pop me an email.

Total Fitness

I also run a class called Total Fitness at the same venue from 9-10 am every Friday morning during term time. This session combines strength & conditioning using dumbbells and resistance bands, with intervals to work on your cardio fitness, as well as core exercises. This is the perfect class if you’re looking to improve your strength, enhance your bone density, and work on your cardiovascular health.
