“If you’re looking for someone to champion you back into fitness then Ginny really is your woman!
I used to be reasonably fit (or at least quite happy with where I was) but all of a sudden 15 years have passed, I’m mid 50’s and wondering what happened. 

Over the years I tried going back to the gym, but I found it a chore and my motivation soon diminished. The round trip didn’t fit easily into my work pattern, plus I found it difficult to get good advice and support. I tried online classes – this was more time efficient but still not quite my thing. 

I was pretty unfit, a bit creaky and the other side of breast cancer treatment. I needed to find a solution that worked better for me, where I could start slowly and build up strength so that I didn’t aggravate shoulder and neck problems with excessive weights. 

From the first session Ginny was brilliant – we discussed my goals, she listened to my concerns and assessed my current situation. I came away with a workout that I felt was really tailored to my needs, and a confidence that I could build on this over time. A few months in and there is no question I have made significant progress and feel better for it. 

Plus, if there is an exercise that for some reason doesn’t seem to suit me so well, Ginny will find an appropriate alternative – now that impressed me. It doesn’t matter where you are starting from, Ginny is enthusiastic, motivating, and wants you to succeed. She is definitely in my corner and (gently) pushes me forwards at each session. If you have read anything else on this website about Ginny you will hear time and again that she is a lot of fun to work with. It is absolutely true. I already knew that Ginny was fun to be around, but I wanted to write this review to tell you how knowledgeable and very, very professional she is as well. 

If you are considering PT with Ginny, I’d say don’t hesitate!”

“Unfortunately, I developed a hernia in the incision I received after a laparotomy for a bowel problem. I was advised that ‘muscle strengthening’ exercise would help. Ginny took me on in a series of weekly on-line sessions after careful consultation on her part. She is unfailingly cheerful as well as very thorough in her training and analysis of my actions. The results are already noticeable in my core strength, balance, and flexibility – I am 79 and reasonably fit from walking etc., but Ginnie has made great improvements.
