It’s incredible easy to make bread. It's cathartic, enjoyable and great to watch your family demolish a loaf - you just need to put aside a little time and plan it into your day. Method
- Mix and knead for 10 mins.. leave covered in a warm, draft free place until doubled in size (30-45 mins)
- Knead again for a good 10 mins
- Split and shape to fit 2 x 2 lb loaf tins and slash the tops.
- Leave to double again - around 30 mins
- Bake at 200 for 25-30 mins, tap the bottom - it should sound like a drum 🥁
