My name is Ginny .. I’m in my mid fifties and a Personal Trainer /Group Exercise Instructor with over 30 years experience.

Over that time I’ve worked with clients from all manner of backgrounds, ages and abilities . From elite athletes and sportsmen, to older adults and teens ..applying a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over the years into practice.

First and foremost – my passion is helping people FEEL better through fitness.. and so the natural follow on is..

?Online Fitness – via my hub created specifically for women who need effective workout solutions available at any time to suit them. Midlife fitness is different to the training you did in your 20’s and 30’s.. your body has changed and so should your approach to fitness..

Online is SO accessible.. SO user friendly and works around you and your schedule ?

Tuesdays Fitness Pilates & Fridays – LiftLean The ‘Ultimate’ Workout including Cardio – Conditioning- Core fitness.

Available to men & women

These are fun, non intimidating sessions with an age range of 30’s to 70’s ..
