Whether you’re looking to improve your posture, build strength, or enhance your overall well-being, Fitness Pilates offers a dynamic and effective solution.

I run a weekly Fitness Pilates session during school term time at Harby Village Hall (LE14 4BZ) in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir. It’s a fun, vibrant class with a wide range of people (and ages). The class focusses on enhancing your range of motion with mobility work, functional standing exercises and dynamic moves in different planes (just like real life movement, so you are strong no matter what direction you move in). We incorporate mat based work with core exercises for strength and back stability, alongside stretching for improved movement and relaxation for wellbeing.
