Strength training is crucial as we age, it’s the fitness buzz word you’ll hear everywhere and if you want to start but don’t know how, come and join us every Friday in term time. We work on technique, breathing and core strength, learning new exercises and getting great results. This is a coached style workout to music with a great vibe, open to ALL levels.
