Age should never get in the way of keeping fit. we all get niggles and aches and pains, but I am a firm believer that with consistency, the right attitude and a training programme which progresses you gently, you can stay wrong and fit well into old age.

This wonderful gentleman sees me weekly on zoom and blows me away every single week. Plus, he can easily complete the workout of someone half his age. After a serious health setback we have worked together on improving all aspects of his fitness, but with special attention to core strength and balance. We do weights, mobility and flexibility as well as having a good catch up and plenty of laughs. We work on more complex movements for coordination and brain health too, it’s a win win on so many levels.

Fitness should be fun, inspiring and help build confidence. Don’t let age or ability get in the way.

If you’ve recently had an illness or injury – contact an experienced trainer who can help you get back on your feet. Baby steps lead to bigger strides – everyone can do it, in some way shape or form.

I truly hope this amazing Octagenerian inspires you to take up a class , get outside and go for a walk or maybe look into PT/ joining a gym.

.. and of course, if you’d like my help, drop me a message!
