My passion is helping people FEEL better through regular fitness training. Whether that’s a community class, one to one or small group training, if you FEEL good everything else is a natural follow on.

There’s no mystery to it, if you feel more mobile, stronger, have less backache and wake up feeling energised that’s got to be a good thing hasn’t it? I love all the strands to my work, and I want to let you know the different ways I can help you, whether that’s starting your fitness journey, or maintaining your training. Being consistent is really really important, so I like to add tons of variation and throw in alternative exercises to keep motivation high and prevent boredom. I switch up my classes and PT sessions all the time keeping you challenged, switched on and on your toes.
