I love New Years Day, it really presses the reset button for me and I get excited about opportunities and the year ahead..
I want to take a moment to just say if you’ve had a complete break from fitness training over Christmas, or even maybe for longer. Please don’t give yourself a hard time. it’s okay to start again, its okay to eat and drink and not workout. Life is all about balance.
I’m not going to say ‘New Year -New You’.. you are YOU and you are unique, I am here to motivate, energise and safely encourage you to feel the best you can and achieve the most you can.. whether it’s through my Community Classes locally, Personal Training (face to face or on zoom) or in my Online Hub.
I really want my clients to enjoy fitness. To find something that motivates and inspires them, to ignite a passion for keeping fit on a long term basis which is achievable and realistic.

Personal Training..
One to One specialised and highly personalised programmes which bring results. Using a movement and postural assessment to give you the best possible workout which is in tune with your body and what you need (from £40 per hour).
PT can be face to face at your home (travel costs apply) or in my studio, or via zoom.
Community Classes..
If you like to workout in a group environment and you are local to Harby LE14 4BZ, why not try my two Fitness Classes? These start from £8 per session or £7when you block book.
Tuesdays: 9.15-10.15 am during term time is Fitness Pilates – all adult ages and abilities welcome. Using pilates moves in a more contemporary setting with multiplayer movement to enhance your balance, strength, posture and flexibility.
Fridays: 9.15-10.15 am during termtime is Liftlean Strength training for women. This is brilliant for bone and muscle strength using dumbbells (not supplied), resistance bands and bodyweight to boost the body’s metabolism and fat burning capability.
Online Fitness Hub…
5 live classes a week – workout live with me at 7 am or catch up when it suits you. This is time efficient -value for money fitness training on top with hundreds of previous sessions to re visit. All specially designed around the needs of midlife women ! From £6.25 per week
